One-on-One Training

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle size, train for a 5K, learn the latest techniques on form and training, or simply establish or revitalize your existing workout program, the One-on-One Personal Training session is for you! We will work with you to implement a fitness program suitable for your fitness needs and goals.

Cost:
$80.00 for an hour session

Small Group Training Session

Small Group Personal Training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. A group of two or three individuals can work together to achieve their fitness goals. So, grab a group of
friends together and get ready to have fun!

Cost:
$55.00 per person for an hour session  

Body Composition Measurement

Estimation of body fat by measuring skin fold thickness with calipers. You will get a complete evaluation of how much of your body weight is fat weight and how much of it is lean body mass. This test is a more accurate way for monitoring weight loss and visualizing your training goals.

Cost:
$30 for one measurement

Yoga Session

Yoga is a fun activity that can produce powerful results. Yoga will wake up your body, sharpen your mind, and clarify your spirit. Yoga doesn't hurt, is only as difficult as you make it, and allows you to proceed at an individualized pace. Yoga can be a tiny part of your life, or you can incorporate its theories, rituals, postures, diet, and philosophy into every aspect of your life.

You control how deeply yoga touches you. But if you begin a steady practice, be assured that yoga will transform the way you look, feel, move, breathe, and interact with friends, family, and co-workers.

Because yoga combines so many different fitness elements and is so easily tailored to the individual, it can be practiced with great benefits at the beginner level as well as at the most advanced levels. Whether you're a beginning or advanced practitioner, yoga will slowly, gently, and easily open up your body. You'll feel taller, breathe easier, and move about more comfortably. Yoga promotes whole-body fitness!
